Exchange Policy

Furniture Only - Exchange policy

It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all furniture and accessories at the time of delivery, whether in the store or through delivery.

In case the furniture arrives damaged, or an exchange is needed for any other reason, you will have 48 hours available to communicate with the sales representative. (DOES NOT APPLY FOR MATTRESSES since these are final sale)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

(No refunds are made)

Exchange can only be applied to regularly priced items, unfortunately items that are on sale or with a discount cannot be exchanged.

Once you have placed your order with MAXX SAVE, LLC, we will place the order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. At this point, MAXX SAVE, LLC has a financial obligation to purchase the furniture from the manufacturer. For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations.

In case of any cancellation exception, a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase will be applied.

The products on the MAXX SAVE, LLC website are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of the furnishings, please note that we do not guarantee that the finish of the wood, leather, fabric, or stone requested will be exactly as pictured.


Delivery Policy

  •         As the delivery date approaches, we will send you a text message one day in advance to confirm your delivery and address.
  •         On the day of the delivery, we will contact you 30 minutes before arriving.
  •         A person over the age of 18 must be present to receive your order, which will be delivered to the door of your house or on the first floor if your residence is on the second floor.
  •         Other restrictions may apply.

All MAXX SAVE team members have received all doses of the COVID 19 vaccine to keep us and you safe, however all drivers will still have masks on hand and will be able to wear one if requested while making your delivery.


General Return Policy (DOES NOT INCLUDE FURNITURE)

 14-day Exchanges ONLY on clothing and Electronics. Otherwise, NO RETURNS, NO CASH REFUNDS OR MONEY BACK. 

For exchanges you must present original receipt and clothing must be unworn and with tags still intact. ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

(Swimsuits/undergarments such as bras/sports bras/panties are not considered clothing. These items are considered accessories.) No exchanges nor returns.

We sell liquidated overstock and some Returned Merchandise. It may not all be perfect or complete, but we price them cheap!
